Fitting wheels on a Smart Roadster Front

A Smart Roadster Front (2003–2006) uses a 3x112.5 PCD and a centre bore of 57.1 mm. Any wheel must match the vehicle's PCD exactly: there is no tolerance, unless you use a PCD adapter.

  • PCD: 3x112.5 required. See all vehicles with 3x112.5.
  • Centre bore: the wheel must have a centre bore of 57.1 mm or more. If it is larger (as with most aftermarket wheels), add a hub centric ring wheel centre bore → 57.1 mm.
  • Offset: the original is ET24. Compare your future wheel with the offset calculator (your vehicle is already selected) to see how many millimetres further in or out it will sit.
  • Fixings: thread M12x1.50, tightened to 120 Nm. The nuts or bolts must have the same seat (conical, spherical or flat) as the wheel.
  • Tyres: original fitment is 185/55R15. For another size, check the diameter difference with the equivalence calculator (under 3 % recommended).
