A Porsche Cayenne 958 (2010–2018) uses a 5x130 PCD and a centre bore of 71.6 mm.
Any wheel must match the vehicle's PCD exactly: there is no tolerance, unless you use a PCD adapter.
Centre bore: the wheel must have a centre bore of 71.6 mm or more. If it is larger (as with most aftermarket wheels), add a hub centric ring wheel centre bore → 71.6 mm.
Offset: the original is ET53. Compare your future wheel with the offset calculator (your vehicle is already selected) to see how many millimetres further in or out it will sit.
Fixings: thread M14x1.5, tightened to 160 Nm. The nuts or bolts must have the same seat (conical, spherical or flat) as the wheel.
Tyres: original fitment is 255/55R18. For another size, check the diameter difference with the equivalence calculator (under 3 % recommended).
Generations of the Porsche Cayenne
Previous generation: Porsche Cayenne (2002–2010) — same 5x130 bolt pattern, but the centre bore goes from 71.5 to 71.6 mm: hub ring one way, no fit the other way. Next generation: Porsche Cayenne 9YA (from 2018) — same 5x130 bolt pattern and same centre bore: original wheels swap between the two generations; check offset and diameter.
Same 5x130 PCD and same 71.6 mm centre bore: wheels from these vehicles bolt on and centre on a Porsche Cayenne 958 without rings. Offset, width, diameter and caliper clearance still need checking.
These vehicles also use 5x130 but with a different centre bore: their wheels need a hub centric ring if their centre bore is larger than 71.6 mm, and will not fit if it is smaller.
A Porsche Cayenne 958 (2010–2018) has a PCD of 5x130: 5 studs or bolts spaced around a circle 130 mm in diameter.
Does a Porsche Cayenne 958 need a hub centric ring?
The centre bore (hub diameter) of a Porsche Cayenne 958 is 71.6 mm. A wheel with a larger centre bore is fitted with a hub centric ring that brings it down to the hub diameter. A wheel with a smaller centre bore cannot be fitted.
What offset (ET) for a Porsche Cayenne 958?
The recorded original offset is ET53. A lower ET pushes the wheel outwards, a higher ET pulls it inwards: check wheel well and caliper clearance before making any change.
What tightening torque for the wheels of a Porsche Cayenne 958?
The specified tightening torque is 160 Nm for M14x1.5 fixings. Tighten in a criss-cross pattern with a torque wrench and check the tightness again after about fifty kilometres.
Which vehicles have the same PCD as a Porsche Cayenne 958?
With the same PCD (5x130) and the same centre bore (71.6 mm), these include: Porsche Panamera 976, Porsche 911 992 Turbo, Porsche Taycan, Porsche 911 992 Carrera. Offset, width and rim diameter still need checking for each vehicle.
