Fitting wheels on a Mercedes Sprinter T1N W901-905
A Mercedes Sprinter T1N W901-905 (2000–2006) uses a 5x130 PCD and a centre bore of 84.1 mm.
Any wheel must match the vehicle's PCD exactly: there is no tolerance, unless you use a PCD adapter.
Centre bore: the wheel must have a centre bore of 84.1 mm or more. If it is larger (as with most aftermarket wheels), add a hub centric ring wheel centre bore → 84.1 mm.
Offset: the original is ET75 to ET83. Compare your future wheel with the offset calculator (your vehicle is already selected) to see how many millimetres further in or out it will sit.
Fixings: thread M14x1.5. The nuts or bolts must have the same seat (conical, spherical or flat) as the wheel.
Tyres: original fitment is 195/70R15, 205/75R16. For another size, check the diameter difference with the equivalence calculator (under 3 % recommended).
Generations of the Mercedes Sprinter
Previous generation: Mercedes Sprinter (1995–2000) — same 5x130 bolt pattern and same centre bore: original wheels swap between the two generations; check offset and diameter. Next generation: Mercedes Sprinter W906 (2006–2018) — the bolt pattern changes (6x130 instead of 5x130): the wheels are not interchangeable.
The original specs vary with the year, trim or wheel size. Identify your version from the tyre size marked on the sidewall.

Vehicles with the same PCD and centre bore
Same 5x130 PCD and same 84.1 mm centre bore: wheels from these vehicles bolt on and centre on a Mercedes Sprinter T1N W901-905 without rings. Offset, width, diameter and caliper clearance still need checking.
These vehicles also use 5x130 but with a different centre bore: their wheels need a hub centric ring if their centre bore is larger than 84.1 mm, and will not fit if it is smaller.
What is the PCD of a Mercedes Sprinter T1N W901-905?
A Mercedes Sprinter T1N W901-905 (2000–2006) has a PCD of 5x130: 5 studs or bolts spaced around a circle 130 mm in diameter.
Does a Mercedes Sprinter T1N W901-905 need a hub centric ring?
The centre bore (hub diameter) of a Mercedes Sprinter T1N W901-905 is 84.1 mm. A wheel with a larger centre bore is fitted with a hub centric ring that brings it down to the hub diameter. A wheel with a smaller centre bore cannot be fitted.
What offset (ET) for a Mercedes Sprinter T1N W901-905?
The recorded original offset is ET75 to ET83 depending on the version and wheel size. A lower ET pushes the wheel outwards, a higher ET pulls it inwards: check wheel well and caliper clearance before making any change.
Which vehicles have the same PCD as a Mercedes Sprinter T1N W901-905?
With the same PCD (5x130) and the same centre bore (84.1 mm), these include: Mercedes G-Classe W465, Mercedes Spinter, Mercedes Sprinter, Mercedes G-Classe W461. Offset, width and rim diameter still need checking for each vehicle.
